What we collect, what we do with it and what we do not do.
This website
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, your contact preferences and your message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. This site does not record your visits, does not follow you to other sites and does not show advertising.
Please do not include medical details in a message. If you start intake online, that happens on our scheduling provider's own page, which has its own privacy terms.
Your records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. When you pay with insurance, we share what your plan needs to process a claim.
The limits of confidentiality
What you say in a session stays in the session, with limits the law sets: serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, suspected abuse of a child or an older adult, and a court order. Your clinician explains these in writing before you start.
